MINCOSMO
EXPLORATION
The previous concession owners concluded a partial survey of the block, but due to poor terrain access and the lack of capital, the exploration program was stopped.
Mincosmo resumed the exploration in 2019, meanwhile constructing a 5km private access road to the mine and starting the pre-production.
Recent findings, as reported in the independent Technical Report (NI 43-101) dating from September 2021, describe specimen of tourmaline breccia pipes and recommend a 5,000m drilling program to prove 50Mt resources.
OUTER LIMITS
The outer limits of the block have been defined during the pre-production phase, while around 130,000 tons of ore material were removed.
HIGH POTENTIAL
The concession is only partially explored, and the operation is currently focused on extracting and exploring the center block. During an initial surface exploration, our geological team identified 3 additional areas of interest within the concession. In a future phase, the exploration team will as well be conducting a drilling program in these areas to potentially increase the reserves and resources of this concession.
